Plain English, because terms you can't read protect nobody. One section for each thing you can do here, saying who is responsible, what Dazflo does and doesn't do, and where to turn. If anything is unclear, ask us before you rely on it. Our privacy notice covers your data.
The product is still being built. Features change, things occasionally break, and some parts are experiments. We keep your data carefully, but during the beta you shouldn't treat Dazflo as your only record of anything that matters — keep your own copies of work, agreements and receipts.
Dazflo is a place for independent creators and the people who work with them to find each other, agree what's being done, and keep a record of it. We host the pages, the messages and the paperwork. We are the venue and the record-keeper — never a party to the work, the sale, the event or the contest itself.
Two words come up throughout. A host is whoever posts a brief, an offer, an event, a contest or a room. A participant is whoever applies, books, registers, enters or joins. Most people are both at different times. What a host promises, the host is responsible for; what a participant sends, the participant is responsible for.
During the beta, only people we approve can host. Everyone can browse, apply, enter, register, book, and work inside rooms they're invited to.
Dazflo is for people aged 18 and over. One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
Use your real name or the name you work under. Don't pretend to be someone else, or to represent a brand or organisation you don't.
Your work stays yours. Everything you upload or record here — photos, videos, screen recordings, files, writing — remains your intellectual property. By putting it on Dazflo you give us one limited permission: to store it and show it to the people you've chosen to show it to, at the visibility you set — that's all, and only for as long as you keep it here. We claim no ownership, and we don't use your work for anything beyond running the product for you.
Work made in a deal belongs to whoever you agree it does. Dazflo never transfers ownership of anything by itself. When a brief or an order involves handing work over, what exactly the host may do with it — use it, edit it, where and for how long — is for the host and the participant to agree, and the place to agree it is the thread or room, so the record exists. Contest entries carry their own narrow licence (§9).
Be honest about protection. Visibility controls who we show a thing to; it is not copy protection. Dazflo does not watermark files or apply DRM, and anyone you let see a file can copy it — that is how the internet works. What Dazflo Live gives you instead is proof of origin: a sealed record of when your recording was made and a fingerprint of the file, so if a copy turns up somewhere, you can show which one is the original (§11).
Other people's rights are the line. Only upload or record what you have the right to — that includes music, other people's work, and other people themselves: someone identifiable in your photo or recording should know and be okay with it. Don't use Dazflo to mislead anyone: a listing must describe what is actually on offer — the price, the prize, the date, the deliverable. We can remove content and suspend accounts that cross these lines.
If your work shows up here without your permission: write to hello@dazflo.com with the link and proof it's yours. We review every complaint, take infringing content down, and repeat infringers lose their accounts.
Dazflo does not collect, hold, process or transmit payments. Prices shown on Dazflo are what a host says they charge. Paying is arranged directly between the two people involved, outside Dazflo, by whatever method they agree.
That means: we never hold your money, we don't act as an escrow, and we can't reverse, refund or guarantee a payment. Deals, milestones and approvals recorded on Dazflo are a shared record of what was agreed. They are not a payment instruction and they don't move funds.
When Dazflo starts handling payments, this section will be replaced and you'll be asked to agree to the new version.
A host may share a payment link, a UPI ID, bank details or similar so a participant can pay them. Dazflo doesn't verify, endorse or hold any of these. Before you pay, check three things: that the link came from the host you're actually dealing with, inside the Dazflo thread or room where the deal is recorded; that the amount matches what was agreed here; and that you know what you're paying for.
Nothing on Dazflo is unlocked by paying a link. If a message tells you to pay to see, join or claim something that Dazflo itself shows as free or already yours, it's not from us — don't pay, and tell us.
Refunds, chargebacks and disputes about a payment made outside Dazflo are between you and the host; we can't move money we never had. We can help with what we do hold — the record of who agreed what and when — and we act on accounts that misuse payment links (§13).
An offer is a host's description of something they'll do or provide, at a price they set. Booking it creates a recorded request and, once the host accepts, a recorded agreement — not a payment. Delivering what was described is the host's promise to keep.
Cancelling, rescheduling, changing the scope, and refunding are between the host and the participant. Say what you agree in the thread, so the record is there if you need it.
A brief is a host's description of work they want done and what they'll pay for it. Applying sends your application, your quote and your profile to that host. A quote is an offer until the host accepts it; acceptance, deliverables and approvals recorded on Dazflo are the shared record of what was agreed.
A host who accepts an application is responsible for paying what was agreed; a participant who is accepted is responsible for delivering what was agreed. If either side falls short, the record is what we can help with.
The host of an event is its organiser. Dazflo lists the event, takes registrations and keeps the attendee list; it does not run the event and is not the organiser.
Entry fees, cancellations, changes of date, time or venue, and refunds are the host's responsibility and are handled between the host and the attendee — any fee is paid outside Dazflo (§5). A host who cancels or materially changes an event must tell the people who registered.
At an in-person event, safety, the venue and compliance with local rules are the host's and the venue's responsibility. Photos and recordings of people at an event need those people's consent.
The host of a contest is its promoter. Before entries open, the host must publish the rules, who may enter, the deadline, the prizes, how entries are judged, and when winners will be announced — and must run the contest the way the page says.
Entering a contest on Dazflo is free. A host may not charge an entry fee, require a purchase, or route entry through a payment link, and prizes must not be funded by entrants. A contest that asks for money to enter breaks these terms — tell us at hello@dazflo.com.
Prizes are the host's obligation. A host who announces a prize must deliver it to the winner as described. If a prize isn't delivered, contact us: we will help — we'll reach the host, keep the record, and can suspend the host's account — but Dazflo does not guarantee prizes and does not pay them on a host's behalf. Taxes on a prize, where they apply, are the winner's affair.
Contests on Dazflo must be decided by skill, effort or merit — judged entries, not chance. A contest decided by chance, in whole or in part, is not allowed here, and a host must comply with the law where the contest is run.
Entrants keep ownership of their entries. By entering, you allow the host and Dazflo to show your entry as part of the contest — on the contest page and in the announcement of winners — for as long as the contest page exists. A host may not use an entry beyond that without the entrant's agreement.
Judging decisions are the host's and are final. A host may disqualify an entry that breaks the rules, is not the entrant's own work, or was made dishonestly. Entries recorded through Dazflo Live carry a receipt of when and how they were recorded (§11).
A room is a shared workspace. Its owner decides who is in it and how it's organised. What you share in a room stays visible to its members, and the record of tasks, deliverables and approvals is the shared record of the work. Leaving a room doesn't erase what others in it still rely on.
Some accounts show verification marks. They say only what we actually checked — that a real person recorded a short live video through Dazflo's own camera, that someone showed us identification, or that audience numbers came from a screen we watched them open. They are not a promise about that person's honesty, quality of work, or handling of money. Use your own judgement, exactly as you would anywhere else.
A Dazflo Live receipt says only that a recording was made through Dazflo's own camera at a stated time, and that the file matches its seal. It doesn't say the recording is true, complete, or the whole story.
Your recordings are yours (§3) and stay until you delete them; deleting one removes the file and leaves only the minimal sealed note that something was recorded then and deleted. The seal is proof of origin, not copy protection: it can't stop someone copying a recording you shared, but it can settle which copy is the original. You choose each recording's visibility, and a recording made to verify identity never gets a public link.
Treat people the way you'd want to be treated in a room of professionals. In messages, in rooms, on pages, in applications and entries: no harassment, threats, abuse or intimidation; no unwanted contact after someone has asked you to stop; no sexual content or advances directed at a person; no discrimination; no impersonation; no fraud or deception; no spam, no mass unsolicited messages, and no recruiting people off Dazflo to avoid its records.
No scraping, no automated collection of people's data, and no use of Dazflo to build a list of people to contact elsewhere.
If someone crosses a line with you, tell us at hello@dazflo.com with a link to the message or page. We read every report. We can warn, restrict or remove an account, and we keep the record if the matter goes further.
When something goes wrong between a host and a participant — a prize not delivered, a refund refused, work not paid for, a payment link that looks wrong, a person behaving badly — contact us. We will help: we'll reach the other party, we'll keep and share the record of what was agreed and done, and we can restrict or remove an account that misled people.
What we can't do is compel a host to pay a prize or a refund, or reverse a payment made outside Dazflo. We'll always tell you honestly which of the two you're in.
Dazflo includes an assistant and optional scheduled helpers. They can read your own data to answer you and can prepare drafts. Publishing anything is always your tap. They can be wrong — check anything that matters before acting on it.
You can stop using Dazflo whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account (see the privacy notice). We can remove a listing, or suspend or close an account, that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. If we shut the service down, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to take your data with you.
Dazflo is provided as it is, during a beta, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for lost profits or for losses arising out of dealings between users — including anything to do with payments made outside the platform, prizes, refunds, or events run by hosts.
If what you post or host on Dazflo leads to a claim against us — because it broke the law, infringed someone's rights, or promised something you didn't deliver — you are responsible for that claim and its costs.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
If we change these terms materially we'll tell you and ask you to agree again. Questions, reports, or anything else: hello@dazflo.com.
